John D. “Jay” Rinehart Jr. – Business, Tax and Real Estate Law
John D. Rinehart Jr. was admitted to the Bar in South Carolina and North Carolina in 1996. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, majoring in accounting. He also earned his Juris Doctor from USC and was awarded a Masters of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University. In addition to his legal education, Mr. Rinehart holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Winthrop University. His well rounded educational background and experience have made practicing in the areas of business law, tax law, estate planning and real estate law a natural fit.
Madison Rinehart Mc Iver – Business and Real Estate Law
Madison Rinehart Mc Iver was admitted to the Bar in North Carolina in 2022 and anticipates joining the South Carolina Bar in the fall of 2025. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, majoring in accounting and real estate. She also earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She spent the first two and half years of practice working in corporate law and mergers and acquisition and looks forward to bringing her experience into her work at Rinehart Law where she will be practicing in the areas of corporate and business law, estate planning, and real estate law.
